"During the course of my career in the life science industry I have seen many people work on medicines that eventually saved or improved millions of lives. For many of those illnesses a drug was really the only solution. For many other illnesses there are alternatives that can be harnesses from nature. I want to dedicate my time and resources to finding and developing these vitamins, minerals and herbs into treatments that help people. Unfortunately there is a large amount of misinformation about these alternative options and most have little clinically supported evidence. Our mission at Significant Supplements is to focus our efforts on bringing our customers supplements that have statistically "significant" data often published in leading scientific journals." - David Kolb, Founder, Significant Supplements LLC

Colic Gone® was developed by Significant Supplements LLC utilizing technologies discovered and patented by Yale University. Significant Supplements was founded by David Kolb to develop supplements that are grounded in well studied science and often have strong, published statistically "significant" scientific data.

David Kolb is the founder of Significant Supplements and drives its mission on a daily basis. He began his career as an investment banker in New York where he worked primarily with healthcare and biotechnology companies, working on transactions valued at over $2 billion.

After nearly two decades David decided to see if he learned from his clients over the years and founded his first life science company, a novel and patented diagnostic for the wound care industry licensed from Drexel University. Under his leadership the company completed and published a highly successful human clinical study, was awarded a number of patents and was granted reimbursement coding. With his team David continues to push this important technology closer to commercialization so that millions of wound care patients can benefit all around the world.

Following this David founded his second company, a spinout of Harvard Medical School focused on developing a clinically tested Chinese herb for pediatric epilepsy. Under his leadership the company completed clinical studies and subsequently sold the company to another private biotechnology company with similar interests. Following this David founded his third company, a spinout of the University of Georgia focused on cancer metabolism where he and his team discovered a drug that showed itself in studies to be the first multiple checkpoint inhibitor.

David is a father of 3 (and husband of 1), an inventor on 5 pending patents, has completed multiple triathlons (sprint and olympic), a "century ride", a 1,000 piece puzzle and War & Peace.
